2) EVENT WAIVER + LIABILITY RELEASE

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”) applies to any participation in FULLY Me LLC programs, courses, workshops, retreats, live events, virtual events, coaching sessions, breathwork experiences, somatic practices, sound healing, vocal transmission, embodiment sessions, or any other offerings provided by FULLY Me LLC (“Services”).

By purchasing, registering, attending, or participating in any FULLY Me LLC Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in somatic work, breathwork, sound-based practices, embodiment exercises, emotional release work, movement, and coaching may involve physical, emotional, and psychological experiences.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise from participation.

Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

You understand and agree that FULLY Me LLC is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or mental health professional.

FULLY Me LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

Services are educational and self-development based and are not a substitute for medical care or therapy.

Health Responsibility

You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating.

You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before participating if you have any medical condition, mental health diagnosis, or concerns including (but not limited to):

You agree that you are participating voluntarily and may stop at any time.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release FULLY Me LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation.

This includes injury, illness, emotional distress, financial loss, or any harm that may occur during or after participation.

No Guarantees

You acknowledge that FULLY Me LLC makes no guarantees regarding results, transformation, healing outcomes, or personal growth.

Media Release

You grant FULLY Me LLC permission to photograph, record, and film you during participation in events and sessions, and to use your image, voice, likeness, or written contributions for educational or promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify FULLY Me LLC in writing before participation.

Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose personal stories shared in any container, group program, or event.

Binding Agreement

3) COACHING (1+1 & Group) AGREEMENT

By purchasing or participating in any coaching program or service provided by FULLY Me LLC, you agree to the following:

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. You understand results are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

FULLY Me LLC agrees to keep your private coaching information confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Respect + Participation

You agree to participate respectfully and uphold the integrity of the coaching container. FULLY Me LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the program.

Payment Commitment

All payments must be completed. Payment plans are not cancelable once initiated.

No Recording

You may not record sessions unless written permission is provided.
